Twin Hearts Meditation
a meditation on Peace and Illumination

Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH) was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui to help flush out negative thoughts and emotions that congest our mind and body every day.  It is practised in over 126 countries around the world and the testimonials of personal healing and positive life transformation have been incredible.

MTH is excellent for stress relief and overall wellbeing and can help flush out negativity and achieve peace and stillness in less than 30 minutes.  MTH is available in person on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (by advanced reservation only due to space restrictions) and also via Zoom on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm.  All are welcome.​​

Precautions

Please do not practice Meditation on Twin Hearts if you have these conditions:

  • Heart problems

  • Unregulated High blood Pressure

  • Severe hypertension due to kidney or liver ailments or other courses

  • Glaucoma

  • Pregnant women can do this meditation sparingly (stop when there is any experience of discomfort)

  • Pregnant women with history of miscarriage should not practice this meditation
